Large size private room in architect-awarded sharehouse is available. We are looking for someone who likes art, music and architecture. House: 7 bedrooms (most of roommates are in their 20's), two toilets, one bathtub, one shower room. Over 50 sqm living room with full stainless island kitchen with all what you need, including gas oven, which must be very satisfying environment if you are a good cooker (used to be used as cooking classes). Also have small garden in front of the house and small terrace on 2nd floor. The house was awarded famous architect prize and was displayed at Biennale in Venice and Vitra Design Museum. Tenant privilege: The owner operates a guest house in Nagano, where you can come anytime and enjoy a lot of activities such as ski/snowboard in winter, autumn leaf in autumn, and hiking in Spring and canoe/fishing in Summer. House atmosphere: Everyone is independent, but sometimes go out together, cook together, invite friends to the house to have a small party. Tenant requirement: You would like living here if your characteristic matches the followings because other tenants are also the same. - chill and relaxed - can care about others to live comfortably with other room mates - responsible enough to follow the house rules - can clean by yourself after use - like art, music, architecture, painting, design - Long-term only.
